Responsibilities

  • Work independently at a steady pace with clear direction, established processes, and minimal dependence on others.
  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, including introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Process account transactions while working toward individual and banking center sales and service goals.
  • Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
  • Adhere to guidelines, structure, and policies to deliver accurate work.
  • Maintain a non-competitive, collaborative environment focused on service and support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Logical thinking and sound decision-making in analyzing situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
