Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily activity and balancing of the teller, cash reserve and the ATM.
- Review for accuracy and process all the checks and deposits slip received by the Bank via pouch and mail.
- Provide support and act as liaison to the personal account officers in Davivienda Colombia.
- Support with everything related to the onboarding process of the international and local clients.
- Offer support with the Sydel program (profiles, cases, call reports, etc.).
- Cover the absence of the Customer Service Specialist II.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Two years related experience and/or training in cash handling in other sectors or in the banking sector.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling money.

- Relationship skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite tools preferred.
- Bank teller experience preferred.
Work schedule
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
