Personal Banker - Westpark
About the role
The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first-rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross-sell opportunities. Saturday availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals/quotas on a routine basis
- Provide exceptional member service
- Manage multiple appointments in a busy environment
- Complete daily administrative tasks
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of one to three years prior sales or financial institution experience
- Experience achieving sales goals or quotas
Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent, or equivalent work experience
