Personal Banker- West Goshen Banking Office

About the role

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing products and services to enhance customer relationships, opening new accounts, submitting loan applications, resolving customer service issues, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with teller transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests
• Recommend and promote digital banking services
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of face-to-face customer service experience
• One year of previous banking experience
• Prior cash handling experience
• Previous consultative sales experience
• Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment strongly preferred
• Proven ability for attention to detail
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
• Proven, excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to market Bank products and services

Qualifications

Pay

$37,440 - $52,800

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM. This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month. This schedule can change at any time based on business needs.
