About the Role

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.

  • Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
  • Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence.
  • Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby engagement, and educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
  • Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
  • Participates in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices aligning customer needs with solutions, and skilled in managing risk in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries vary based on geographic location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payments based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
