Personal Banker SAFE Act - Lombard Branch

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program
• Achieve growth in small business client base and implement appropriate sales plans
• Engage in client services/outbound calls/inbound calls to establish and maintain relationships
• Coach and guide Tellers and other branch staff on products and special programs, identifying client needs and making appropriate referrals
• Identify transaction needs of clients, educate them on all service and digital channels, and leverage technology/marketing tools to uncover opportunities and present product offers/financial solutions
• Comply with Citibank policies, standards, and procedures, demonstrating strong ethical judgment and adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
