Personal Banker SAFE Act, Chinatown/Jackson Branch (Bilingual Preferred: Mandarin or Cantonese)

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program
• Implement strategies to grow the small business client base and develop appropriate sales plans
• Deliver client services/outbound calls/inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships
• Coach and guide Tellers and other branch staff on products and special programs, identifying client needs and providing appropriate referrals
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards, and procedures
• Adequately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Pay

$61,280.00 - $85,520.00

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 8:30 am- 5:30pm, alternating Saturdays
