Compensation

Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions

  • Interact with customers in-person and over the phone to meet their financial needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening actively and making appropriate product recommendations.
  • Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and service goals.
  • Ensure financial transactions are accurate and compliant with policies and procedures.
  • Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialists when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Adaptable to various situations with an optimistic outlook aligned with our culture and Core Values.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience working in environments with individual and team sales goals preferred.

Position Details

  • May be filled as a Personal Banker I or II, depending on experience and education.
  • Federal regulations require an investigatory consumer report to be prepared for all applicants.
  • The disclosed compensation range is for the Personal Banker I and II positions.
  • This position is eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plans.
