Responsibilities
- Handle new and existing customer inquiries
- Provide quality service to customers in an enthusiastic, responsive, and articulate manner
Requirements
- PC skills including the ability to toggle between multiple systems
- Good typing skills
- Solid history of customer service, including handling escalated, in-depth, and detailed conversations
- Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of banking products and procedures
- Typing test required at 30 words per minute
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills
- Bilingual assessment required; additional $2.00 per hour if passed

Pay
- $5.00/Shift
- Differentials available for certain hours: Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p
Schedule
- Full Time position - Onsite position
- Shift Hours: 7am to 4pm (M-F)
- Rotating weekends including Saturday and Sunday
