Personal Banker - Moneyline Contact Center

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.

Requirements

• PC skills with ability to toggle between multiple systems.
• Good typing skills.
• Solid history of customer service, including handling escalated, in‑depth, and detailed conversations.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of banking products and procedures (a plus).
• Typing test required – 30 wpm.
• Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills (a plus); bilingual assessment required – if passed, additional $2.00 per hour.

Pay

• Shift differentials: $5.00 per shift for Saturday 1 pm–6 pm and Sunday 12 pm–4 pm.
• Bilingual assessment bonus: additional $2.00 per hour if assessment passed.

Schedule

Full‑time, onsite position. Shift hours available (Monday‑Friday): one shift 7 am–4 pm, two shifts 8 am–5 pm, one shift 12 pm–9 pm. Rotating weekends required, including Saturday and Sunday.
