Personal Banker III - Warner Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced advisor to establish, develop, and retain relationships with members to help meet their financial goals. The right candidate will develop and retain financial relationships with members to help attain department goals, requiring strong professional communication skills and flexibility to work both the teller line and platform seamlessly as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and retain deep financial relationships with members to meet and exceed member and credit union goals.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services while meeting sales goals and service standards.
• Perform a full range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Open all variety of deposit accounts, resolve member issues, manage account maintenance, and update member information.
• Assist members with Safe Deposit access and open Safe Deposit boxes where applicable.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of two (2) years of banking experience.
• Track record of outstanding member service.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and/or exceeding established goals.
• Lending experience.
• Strong “People” skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently and as a team member in a relationship-focused sales environment.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $23–$29 per hour.
