POSITION SUMMARY & MISSION
The hiring range for this opportunity is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, which may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
SCOPE & COMPLEXITY
Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily.

- Overdraft Privilege Coverage
Major Responsibilities
- Show the customer they are valued.
- Understand the financial needs and goals of our customers.
- Share knowledge about Tri Counties Bank services, products, and partners.
- Employ appropriate solutions for your customers.
- Follow through and honor commitments to ensure their financial needs and goals are fulfilled.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Review sales results with Branch Manager and prepare an action plan.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Aid in training branch team members.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience And Other Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales and cash handling experience, preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Personal computer and Windows based program proficiency.
- Completion of Bank product and sales training courses and appropriate certifications.
- Registration as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) in the Nationwide Mortgage License System and Registry (NMLS).
Physical Requirements
May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
