Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in a designated client portfolio through proactive outreach efforts.
• Utilize a consultative approach to uncover and tailor recommendations, solutions, and advice for current and prospective customers.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and processes offered by Fifth Third Bank.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are addressed and all problems are resolved.
• Analyze customer credit data and other financial information to recommend appropriate solutions that align with their needs.
• Provide customer support as needed, emphasizing the value of current and new technologies.
• Process teller transactions and adhere to balancing guidelines.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, along with 6 months of customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build comfort with both new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships.
• Proficient in professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to make sound decisions within the bank's risk appetite.
• Compliance with the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies.

Qualifications
