We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Key parts:
- Intro about Wells Fargo (Why Wells Fargo) – maybe not needed as section? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: Use
.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications (6+ months interacting with customers experience, or equivalent...). Also maybe Job Expectations like ability to work schedule including Saturdays, SAFE registration required, etc. Could be under Requirements.
- Qualifications: Desired Qualifications list.
- Skills: maybe we could extract skills from desired qualifications: comfort with digital tools, ability to identify customer needs, collaborate, follow policies, etc. But we already have those in Desired Qualifications. Could treat Desired Qualifications as Skills. But we have both Qualifications and Skills sections; we could put Desired Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe extract specific skills under Skills (like comfort initiating outreach, demonstrated comfort with digital tools, ability to identify customer needs, proven ability to collaborate, demonstrated ability to follow policies). However that would duplicate. Better to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Desired Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Skills). But we need to decide which headings to use.
We have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications + job expectations), Qualifications (desired qualifications), Skills (maybe we could pull out skill statements from desired qualifications). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: we have schedule info (Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays) – that's schedule. Also maybe benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So we should not create Benefits or Pay sections because no specific content. Schedule we have content.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule.
But we could merge Qualifications and Skills if thin. However we have decent content for both.
Let's extract:
About the role: combine "Why Wells Fargo:" paragraph and "About This Role" paragraph.

You will learn about customers' goals and connect them to the right banking products, services, and digital tools to help them manage their finances with confidence. You will support account openings, service requests, and credit applications while working closely with branch teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Success is driven by strong relationship building, sound judgment, and the ability to balance service with growth. As a member of a leading financial institution, this role provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth and mobility, supported by Wells Fargo's training and coaching.
We'll combine into a couple paragraphs.
Responsibilities: list from "In This Role You Will". Items:
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations that support financial well-being and deepen engagement
- Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions
- Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals

- Perform cash handling and teller line activities, accurately processing transactions while maintaining compliance and operational standards
- Demonstrate comfort using and adopting digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience and support evolving banking needs
- Deliver accurate, compliant service while exercising sound judgement within defined risk controls
- Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists, ensuring customers are connected to the right expertise
Requirements: Required Qualifications + Job Expectations (schedule, SAFE registration, etc.)
Required Qualifications: 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Job Expectations: Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays
Support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities, with an emphasis on delivering strong service through account openings and ongoing account support.
SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date.
Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included) and additional ongoing screening may apply.
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
We could keep schedule separate later, but schedule is part of Job Expectations. However we have a Schedule section for schedule specifics. So we could move schedule bullet to Schedule section, and keep other expectations under Requirements.
Thus Requirements: Required Qualifications + other expectations except schedule.
So Requirements content:
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
- Support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities, with an emphasis on delivering strong service through account openings and ongoing account support.
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date.
- Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
- A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included) and additional ongoing screening may apply.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Qualifications: Desired Qualifications list:
- Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role, demonstrating comfort with structured processes, accuracy, and service expectations
- Experience building trust-based customer relationships through active listening, follow-up, and consistent engagement
- Comfort initiating outreach (calls, emails, or other channels) to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to support customer needs
- Demonstrated comfort with digital tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently guide customers in adopting capabilities that enhance their banking experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions, including referrals when additional expertise is needed
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and partners to resolve needs and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns
Skills: maybe we could extract skill statements from desired qualifications that are skill-focused: comfort initiating outreach, demonstrated comfort with digital tools, ability to identify customer needs, proven ability to collaborate, demonstrated ability to follow policies. But that overlaps. Perhaps we could treat Desired Qualifications as Skills and not have Qualifications section. But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Qualifications and Skills may be thin if we split. Better to combine Desired Qualifications into either Qualifications or Skills. Which is more appropriate? The list includes experience and comfort, which are qualifications. I'd put them under Qualifications. Then Skills could be omitted if no specific skill content beyond that. But we have skill-like statements; maybe we can create Skills section with those skill statements, and keep Qualifications for experience/education. Let's see.
We have Required Qualifications (experience) under Requirements. Desired Qualifications include both experience and skills. We could split: Qualifications: Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role, demonstrating comfort with structured processes, accuracy, and service expectations. Experience building trust-based customer relationships through active listening, follow-up, and consistent engagement. (these are experience/qualifications). Skills: Comfort initiating outreach, Demonstrated comfort with digital tools and technology, Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions, Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and partners, Demonstrated ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns.
That seems reasonable.
Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays (maybe also mention flexing between cash handling etc but that's already in Requirements). We'll keep schedule as just that.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include if content.
We have content:
- About This Role: description of role, frontline, building relationships, etc. That's "About the role".
- In This Role You Will: bullet list of duties. That's "Responsibilities".
- Required Qualifications: 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent... That's "Requirements" maybe.
- Desired Qualifications: list of desired qualifications. Could be "Qualifications" or "Skills". The instruction includes both Qualifications and Skills sections. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Desired Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills? But we have overlapping. We need to decide.
We have "Job Expectations": Ability to work schedule includes Saturdays, support branch operations, SAFE registration required, etc. That could be "Schedule" (since mentions schedule) and maybe "Requirements". Also mention SAFE registration required, loan originator requirements, credit report review, not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Those are job expectations/requirements.
We have location info and posting end date – maybe minor metadata, can be dropped or put in a short p.
We have EEO boilerplate etc – remove.
We have "We Value Equal Opportunity" etc – remove.
We have "Drug and Alcohol Policy" etc – remove.
We have "Reference Number" – drop.
Thus we need to extract substantive content:
- About the role: paragraph(s) from "About This Role" and maybe the intro "Why Wells Fargo"? The instruction says do not repeat job title as heading; we can include a brief paragraph about Wells Fargo as part of About the role? Probably yes, as it's about the role context. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include that intro as part of About the role.
- Responsibilities: bullet list from "In This Role You Will". Each line starts with a verb. We'll put each as
headings and - for lists,
for prose.
We must not include any boilerplate. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's craft:
About the role
