Responsibilities

• Profile customers and market a full range of credit and non‑credit products and services to existing and potential individual and small‑business customers.
• Open and close accounts; help clients set up checking, savings, or certificates of deposit (CDs).
• Recommend products such as personal loans, credit products, and mortgages based on client needs.
• Provide support by answering client questions, resolving account issues, and processing routine transactions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
• Experience: One to two years of customer service, retail banking, or sales background.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, basic math, and computer organization.
