Personal Banker - Copperfield
About the role
We are currently seeking a Personal Banker for our Copperfield location. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union members and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. The PB provides first‑rate member service, is accountable for meeting monthly goals, and seeks ongoing cross‑sell opportunities. Great incentives are available based on achievements.
Responsibilities
- Serve existing credit union members and solicit new members for credit union products and services.
- Manage multiple appointments in a busy environment.
- Complete a variety of daily administrative tasks.
- Provide first‑rate member service.
- Meet monthly sales goals and pursue cross‑sell opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, GED equivalent, or comparable work experience.
- Experience: One to three years of financial or related experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals or quotas on a routine basis.
