Responsibilities

  • Deliver "fast, easy, and personal" client service consistent with company standards, including resolving problems, building relationships, handling special requests, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Promote consumer and small business banking products using direct sales techniques, engaging potential clients, and speaking knowledgeably about bank offerings.
  • Achieve specific sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide a broad range of financial services to earn 100% of the client's business.
  • Open checking and savings accounts, process client transactions, and recommend additional bank products like credit cards and loans.
  • Demonstrate digital expertise by educating clients and associates on digital banking platforms, including online banking, mobile app features, smart ATMs/ITMs, and self-service channels.
  • Refer clients and business partners to other bank products and services.
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct operational tasks ethically, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper documentation, and protection of client and bank assets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and bank trade secrets.
  • Implement banking center operations procedures, including cash management, auditing, transaction documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current with regulations and bank policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and security policies through regular training.
  • Communicate and uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Complete monthly training to ensure knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Work onsite during regular business hours or assigned hours.
  • Perform other specified duties as assigned.

Pay

Pay rate is $22.00 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience. This position is eligible for additional monthly incentive compensation based on achievement of established goals.
