About the role

Responsible for supporting the company's risk management initiatives while executing various financial and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of credit, market, financial crimes, operational, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Adheres to and effectively follows Wells Fargo policies and procedures.
• Identifies and escalates risks and compliance issues promptly and effectively.
• Makes sound risk decisions aligned with the business unit's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in proactive monitoring, governance, and risk identification processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
