As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Elgin, IL at the Elgin Larkin Branch. Bilingual Spanish is required. Responsibilities

  • Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities

  • Leverages ecosystem partnerships as well as community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships

Pay

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
