- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process transactions and provide account information
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in banking or customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of bank policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
