Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process transactions and provide account information
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in banking or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of bank products and services
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
