Personal Banker
Job Summary
WaFd Bank is hiring a Personal Banker to help strengthen community financial health and inspire career growth in finance. Located in nine Western states, WaFd Bank seeks motivated individuals to assist clients with personal and business banking solutions.
About the Role
As a Personal Banker, you will build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions. You will open new accounts, onboard new relationships, originate loans and lines, refer to partners, and make out-of-office business development calls. You will adhere to bank policies and procedures while reflecting WaFd Bank's core values and ethics.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate teaching clients self-service skills
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory transportation, and adequate insurance coverage
- Banking experience, including familiarity with lending, previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Pay
Starting salary range: USD $22.33/Hr. to USD $33.18/Hr.
