Pay

Competitive base wage starting at $20/hour, depending on experience, plus a generous incentive pay structure.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Generate consumer loans that benefit customers’ lives.
• Use superb customer service skills to build lasting relationships.
• Open new accounts.
• Take loan applications.
• Disburse loan applications for customers.
• Capture business by cross‑selling credit union products and services that meet needs and improve financial well‑being.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals each month.
• Complete transactions for deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Interact with customers over the phone.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.
• Participate in individual and credit union training.
• Enjoy working in an upbeat, fast‑paced environment to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service and financial services experience.
• Experience in consumer lending.
• Cash handling experience.
• Value accuracy in work.
• Respectful and tactful.
• Passionate about providing efficient, world‑class customer service.
• Enjoy interacting with people while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Great attention to detail.
• Driven and ambitious.

The Utah First story began in 1935, in the midst of the Great Depression. A group of German immigrants were having a difficult time finding anyone to help them with the loans they needed to bring their families to America.
