Responsibilities
- Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately
- Adhere to all procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines
- Operate technology as required
- Supervise teller operations
- Increase responsibility and adherence in signing authority
- Complete the Excel Level 1 course and the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell opportunities to develop new business
- Proactively initiate sales conversations
- Participation and management of tele-consulting efforts
- Leverage bank promotions
- Learn and become proficient in daily operational procedures
- Actively participate in branch activities, development, and training programs
- Manage and coach staff to desired performance levels
- Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalency
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Experience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales results
- Strong written/verbal/organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory ability
- Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience with MS Office Suite
- Previous banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suite
- Proficiency in daily operational procedures
- Completion of training in SSR Suite Training
- Completion of notary training if applicable
- Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress
- Completion of the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the “Coaching for Performance Excellence” course
- Obtain NMLS registration

Wage Range
The salary for this position starts at $25.00/hr
