Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource, assisting members with everyday banking needs, opening new accounts, processing transactions, and guiding them through loan application opportunities.
- Actively identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals.
- Contribute to SkyOne's growth by building new member relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
- Participate in Select Employee Group (SEG) visits and conduct outbound outreach to strengthen community and business partnerships.
- Balance relationship building with achieving individual and team performance goals.
- Embody the SkyOne Service and Sales Model and adhere to established policies and procedures to create meaningful, personalized experiences that foster trust, loyalty, and long-term member success.
Requirements
- Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency.
- Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to any situation and be goal-oriented.
- Able to identify and uncover members' and non-members' needs.
- Dependable with a working knowledge of electronic delivery services, all products and services, and applicable rules and regulations related to branches and ATMs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution.

Pay
$28.80 - $35.00 per hour
