About the role

The Personal Banker is responsible for acquiring and deepening customer relationships through proactive sales, service activities, and lobby engagement. They aim to enhance customers' financial wellbeing by identifying opportunities, offering PNC solutions, and leveraging community and ecosystem partnerships to grow customer share of wallet.

Responsibilities

• Execute a full sales and service process to meet customer needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and solutions.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with operational policies.
• Maintain efficient branch operations and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
