About the Role

The Personal Banker delivers exceptional client service by adhering to client experience standards, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing relationships through needs assessment, product recommendations, and referrals. They identify consumer lending opportunities, conduct financial reviews, and provide proactive solutions while maintaining strong client contact.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and support team functions, including teller duties
• Resolve client issues and foster relationships with business, consumer, and trust clients
• Engage clients, recommend products, and support branch goals
• Contribute to team efforts in a client-focused environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Banking experience preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Cash handling accuracy
• Relationship expansion skills
• Ability to develop lending skills and obtain licensing (NMLS) is advantageous
