As a Personal Banker at the Tallmadge Branch Office in Tallmadge, OH, you will help acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.

About the role

You will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. The role involves proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices aligning customer needs with solutions, and skilled in managing risks associated with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
