About the role

This role is responsible for driving innovation and growth within our technology department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new technologies to enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
• Contribute to the design and testing of new software solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development or technology management.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in software development lifecycle.
• Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
