As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA at the East Liberty branch. Responsibilities
- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices aligning customer needs, and capable of managing risks in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
