About the role
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Tampa, FL at the Fowler Branch (2009 E Fowler Ave. Tampa, FL 33612). Bilingual Spanish is preferred. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.

Responsibilities
- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and drive new revenue.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and tools.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices that align customer needs with business decisions, and skilled in managing risk to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Requirements
- Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Typically requires 3+ years of experience.
