This role is based in Gilbert, AZ at the Warner - Gilbert Branch (630 S Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85296). About the role
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
- Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements
- Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
