About the role

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.

• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, driving loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices aligning customer needs with business decisions, and skilled in managing risk within PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service).
• Preferred skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales.
• Preferred competencies: Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Prospecting, Retail Lending, Selling, Understanding Customer Needs.
• Home Lending Designated Lender Certification (PNC Financial Services Group, Inc) required.
• Subject to additional background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries vary based on geographic location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, or individual performance.
