Responsibilities

• Serve as the essential link in delivering Landmark National Bank’s commitment to be champions and catalysts for our communities.
• Connect customers to products and services to support both customer and bank success.
• Deliver customer-focused service with a positive, friendly approach to build relationships.
• Work independently and as part of a productive, successful team while modeling Landmark’s core values.
• Mentor fellow associates and ensure efficient, safe, and confidential service while following all compliance requirements.
• Engage in local community activities and bank promotional events.
• Promote all bank products and services using a proven format, leveraging knowledge of retail accounts and services.
• Conduct clerical duties to support bank operations.
• Represent bank products and services to current and prospective customers, relaying questions and concerns to promote mutual success.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing needs with prompt, accurate information.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Complete delivery of bank products and services, including:
  • Accepting, inputting, and closing consumer loan requests
  • Opening and maintaining accounts
  • Data entry and issuing debit cards
  • Resetting online banking passwords
  • Initiating wires and completing second-day checklists
• Ensure implementation of all regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Utilize a 7-Step Conversation to promote bank products and services, including role-playing and completing Weekly Checklists and Needs Solved Sheets.
• Participate in Landmark’s Culture initiatives and team success activities, such as Daily Huddles, Weekly Rally Meetings, and Celebration events.
• Manage professional improvement through the Quarterly Job Progress Plan, meeting Minimum, Target, and Optimum performance levels.
• Represent the bank in the community and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Work independently within a team setting.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Skills

• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Moderate understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
