About the role

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this position performs intermediate duties and support related to financial services. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining lasting customer relationships, customer rapport, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Identify the needs of new and existing customers for a variety of banking services.
• Process account transactions.
• Assist customers in their selection of accounts and financial services.
• Cross-sell products and services and maintain accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries and problem solve.
• Maintain excellent customer relations.
• Represent the bank in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of job-related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of all retail financial products and services.
