Compensation

Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

Essential Functions

• Interact with customers in-person and over the phone to meet their financial needs.
• Provide excellent customer experiences by listening actively and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of financial transactions while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialized bank staff.
• Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong sales skills to connect with customers effectively in-person and over the phone.
• Motivated and organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptable to diverse situations with a positive attitude aligned with our core values.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience working in environments with individual and team sales goals is preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

Position Eligibility

This position requires the preparation of an investigatory consumer report to disclose credit history. Authorization for this report will be requested if you are considered for this role.
