Responsibilities

• Gain insight into banking and finance while assisting customers with their financial challenges.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and other areas of the business.
• Uncover customer financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of financial transactions while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialized bank staff.
• Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to meet personal and branch sales and customer service expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Optimistic outlook aligned with Commerce's culture and Core Values.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Pay

Hourly range: $20.55 - $25.05 (based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays.
