Compensation
Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
Essential Functions
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Actively listen to customers to provide appropriate product and service recommendations.
- Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
- Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialized bank staff.
- Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Adaptable to diverse situations with a positive attitude aligned with our core values.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience working in environments with sales and service goals.
Position Details
- May be filled as a Personal Banker I or II based on experience and education.
- Federal regulations require an investigative consumer report for consideration.
- Reasonable estimate of base pay: $20.55 to $25.05 per hour.
- Eligible for performance-based incentives and benefits.
