Compensation
Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
Essential Functions
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone to meet their financial needs.
- Provide excellent customer experiences by connecting with customers effectively.
- Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
- Achieve accurate and efficient financial transactions while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialists when necessary.
- Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience working in environments with sales and customer service goals.
Position Details
- May be filled as a Personal Banker I or II, depending on experience and education.
- Federal regulations require an investigatory consumer report before hiring.
- The estimated base pay range for this position is $20.55 to $25.05 per hour.
- This position is eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plans.
