Responsibilities

• Gain valuable insights into banking and finance while assisting customers with their financial challenges.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and other departments within Commerce Bank.
• Uncover customer financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of financial transactions while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialized bank staff when necessary.
• Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to meet personal and team sales goals.
• Strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt to various situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$20.55 - $25.05 per hour, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, or 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM; Saturday: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.
