Our Personal Bankers are dedicated professionals who love helping customers navigate their financial journeys. As a Personal Banker, you'll gain valuable insights into banking and finance, while also developing meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.

Essential Functions

• Interact with customers in-person and over the phone to meet their financial needs
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs to meet sales and service goals
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions
• Identify complex needs and refer customers to specialists

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Experience with individual and team sales goals preferred

Pay & Benefits

Compensation Range: $20.55 - $25.05 per hour (based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
