Our Personal Bankers are dedicated professionals who help customers navigate their financial challenges and improve their financial health. As a Personal Banker, you'll gain valuable insights into banking and finance while building meaningful relationships with our customers.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

Essential Functions

• Interact with customers in-person and over the phone to meet their financial needs.
• Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions.
• Achieve personal and team sales and customer service goals.
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt to various situations.
• Refer customers to specialists when complex financial needs arise.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong sales skills with excellent customer service.
• Motivated and organized self-starter with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptable to diverse situations with a positive outlook.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience working in environments with sales and customer service goals.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $20.55 to $25.05 per hour. Additional compensation may be available through performance-based incentive plans.
