About This Job
As a Personal Banker at Commerce, you'll gain valuable insights into banking and finance while helping customers navigate their financial challenges. We recognize and reward our talented employees, and we're looking for someone passionate about helping others to join our team at our Lawrence Main/Iowa St. location.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and other areas within Commerce.
- Uncover customer financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to improve their financial wellness.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of financial transactions while adhering to policies and regulations.
- Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialized bank staff.
- Earn more than base pay through our quarterly incentive program.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly compensation ranges from $20.55 to $25.05, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies. Additional compensation may be earned through performance-based incentive plans.
- Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:45 PM; Some Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 12:15 PM
