Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range: Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (based on experience)

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:15 PM
Saturday: 7:45 AM - 12:15 PM
Essential Functions
- Interact with customers in-person and over the phone
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Listen actively and make appropriate product/service recommendations
- Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions
- Avoid errors in financial transactions and comply with policies
- Refer customers to specialists for complex needs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Adaptable and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience working in environments with sales and customer service goals
