Compensation

Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

About This Job

Our Personal Bankers are dedicated to helping customers improve their financial health. As a Personal Banker, you'll gain valuable insights into banking and finance while assisting customers with their daily financial challenges. Essential Functions

• Interact with customers both in person and over the phone to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Provide excellent customer experiences by easily connecting with customers in-person and over the phone.
• Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
• Avoid errors in financial transactions and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialists when necessary.
• Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong sales skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to meet personal and team sales goals.
• Adaptable to various situations with an optimistic outlook.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience working in environments with individual and team sales goals preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM
Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

Position Details

• This position may be filled as a Personal Banker I or II, depending on experience and education.
• Federal regulations require Commerce Bank to prepare an investigatory consumer report which will disclose credit history.
• The estimated base pay range for this role is $20.55 to $25.05 per hour.
• The position is eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plans.
