What You Will Do

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
• Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
• Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
• Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction
• Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives
• Exhibit Blaze's Core Values: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota's Best, and Give Back

Schedule

• FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked)
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization

Requirements

• Minimum High School degree or GED (required)
• Minimum of two years' experience working in financial services, which includes opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management
• Eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire
• Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; experience in sales and customer service is a plus
