Selected candidates are intended to become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4‑8 week on‑boarding and education program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. A certification at the conclusion of the program allows candidates to demonstrate the skills needed to perform within the Retail Personal Banker job family.
