We need to output HTML fragment only, with sections for headings where there is real content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must keep substantive info. We need to identify sections: About the role? There's a Summary paragraph. Could map to "About the role". Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list). Additional Responsibilities maybe part of responsibilities. Qualifications: Qualifications section. Skills? There's Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Certificates etc. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Pay Rate given $18.00. So we need a Pay section. Benefits? Not mentioned besides maybe none. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not create Benefits or Schedule sections unless content present. There's no explicit benefits. So we omit those. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip lines like "JOB RESUME NOT ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF APPLICATION. FAILURE TO COMPLETE ALL ITEMS ON THIS APPLICATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR ELIMINATION FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS." That's application instruction; remove. Also remove EEO statements at end. Also remove "ARC-IV is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY" maybe keep? It's substantive: says position has no supervisory responsibilities. Could be part of Qualifications or Responsibilities? Might be its own section? Could be under "About the role" but we can include as a paragraph under Responsibilities maybe. But we need to keep it. It's not boilerplate. It's a statement about supervisory responsibility. We'll keep. Also remove "Personnel Attendants" repeated? Keep content. We need to format. Let's extract content: Job Title: Personal Attendant (not heading) Department: Residential Services Reports To: Group Home Lead Staff FLSA Status: Non Exempt. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. We should keep PHYSICAL DEMANDS as a section? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. But we have no specific heading for Physical Demands in the allowed list (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We could map Physical Demands to Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have Qualifications already, we could include physical demands under Qualifications as a paragraph. But we must not invent headings not allowed. So we can put physical demands under Qualifications as a

. Or we could create a "Requirements" section and put physical demands there. But we already have Qualifications; maybe better to have Qualifications and Requirements separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which to include. We have content for About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (education, experience, certificates, etc.), Skills (language, math, reasoning), Pay (rate). We could also include Requirements as a section for physical demands and maybe other requirements like age, license etc. But we already have Qualifications covering education/experience, certificates, etc. Could combine. However we must not create thin sections. Better to have a few substantive sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (which includes education, experience, certificates, physical demands, age, etc.), Skills (language, math, reasoning), Pay. That seems reasonable. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we start with

    About the role

    then

    summary. Then

    Responsibilities

    then
      with each duty as
    • . Need to include both Essential Duties and Additional Responsibilities combined? Could split but we can combine all duties into one list. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We'll combine. Then

      Qualifications

      then

for prose about qualifications (must be 21, education/experience, certificates, physical demands). Could also use

for list items like education, experience, certificates. But we need to follow rule: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For qualifications list, we can use
. We'll decide. We have: Must be 21 years of age. Education/experience: High school diploma or GED; One to three months related experience and/or training; Equivalent combination. Certificates: Must possess a valid California Drivers License; Must have a clean DMV record; Must have CNA or HHA or home care provider Certificate (preferred); Must have current auto liability and bodily damage insurance. Physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative... Reasonable accommodations may be made. We could put these as
              items. Then

              Skills

              then
for language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability. Then

                Pay

                then

Pay Rate: $18.00. We must not include Benefits or Schedule. We must ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO statements. We removed them. Check for duplicated lines: we should not repeat same sentence. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft. We need to ensure proper escaping of any special characters like apostrophes fine. We'll output:
