About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support our CEO and other key team members. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with personal errands. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times. As a vital part of our team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of executive functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Organize, file, and maintain important documents and records
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips
- Assist with personal tasks such as managing appointments and errands
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Support other administrative duties as required to facilitate daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
