Personal Assistant/Inside Sales - Entry Level
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive member, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up.
- Aid in personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Skilled Wound Care's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects over the phone.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout Southern California.
- MUST be willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week.
